• Full price of a Free Choice CSA Card will be $300 or $600 (down payment will go towards full price and is not refundable)
• Free Choice CSA Cards are debit cards/digital cards good for all products sold through the Vitruvian Farm Store or Online Store. As opposed to a traditional CSA share, a Free Choice CSA Card means you choose the products you want when you want them.
• Use your card to purchase products:
  • Through our Online Store (store.vitruvianfarms.com) for home delivery on Wednesdays or Saturdays (see delivery map) or farm pick up Friday-Sunday, or at The Store at Vitruvian (2727 US Hwy 51, McFarland, WI) Wednesday-Saturday from 9am-6pm or Sunday 9am-3pm

Full Price: $300 or $600

• Deposit is not refundable but goes toward full price
• You will be invoiced for the remainder of your Free Choice CSA Card and donation once you have placed your order
• Your digital card will be sent to you within 2 weeks of full payment

If you are applying for a healthcare rebate, card can only be used on vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, eggs and meat.
