Saucisson Sec: An Old World, French style salami made with salt, pepper, & garlic and humanely-raised, heritage pork. While its flavor is not subtle, this is the most simple recipe profile we have and pairs exceptionally well with a Camembert or Brie and a crusty bread or light cracker.
